Jordan Ernest Burroughs

Jordan Burroughs is an American, world, and Olympic champion in freestyle. Jordan Burroughs grew up in New Jersey and did not get much attention until his senior year when he won a Senior National Championship. He later went on to go wrestle for the University of Nebraska at 135 lbs ranked 7th in the country. He was very dominant in college, but was injured his Jr. year. He came back his senior year and earned the Hodge Trophy which is like the Heisman in wrestling. He competed in the Olympics in London 2012 and was a gold medalist at 74 Kilos.

Dan Gable

Born on October 25, 1948 in Iowa. He is known for only having one loss while wrestling for Iowa State University. He then went on to be a gold medalists in the 1972 Munich, Germany Olympics. After that he coached 1976-1997 winning 16 NCAA team titles for the University of Iowa. A popular saying among Iowans is "Michael Jordan is the Dan Gable of basketball".
